It was such an honour to capture Harry and Madeleine’s beautiful ceremony in this magnificent setting. Lancaster Town Hall is an amazing place to get married, and I loved being part of their special day!

After the ceremony, we took a short walk in the rain around the streets outside Lancaster Town Hall to capture some intimate photos. The venue’s grand architecture framed Harry and Madeleine perfectly. Madeleine looked stunning in her bridal suit, designed by New York’s Lein Studio and stocked by The Fall Bride shop in London.

The rain added a soft, romantic touch, perfectly complementing the elegance of the setting. It also enhanced the timeless feel of the black-and-white film photographs, bringing out the contrast and mood, making each shot feel even more classic.

Medium format film wedding Photography in the Lake District

Following the ceremony, we returned to their family home for a cozy three-course meal prepared by a talented local chef. I took the chance to switch to medium format film, capturing the warmth and intimacy of their celebration. The relaxed atmosphere and natural lighting created stunning, timeless images that truly reflect the emotions of the day.

I absolutely loved being their wedding photographer—it was a joy to capture Harry and Madeleine’s love and happiness in both digital and film formats.
